To be able to respond at once to customer requests

I work in the nail color manufacturing department.
My main work is create colors requested by the customer.
For each color requested in detail, my goal is to achieve the ideal color for the customer in one go, and that’s my challenge each day of work.

When the nail color that I’ve prepared receives approval the first time, I feel like I’ve done a great job. It’s really motivational.
When we need to go back and forth a few times with, “that’s not quite it,” “it should be a little more like this…” each time adds to the burden on the customer. In order to achieve an ideal color for my customer with as little fuss as possible, I come alongside their staff to partner up and I’m always paying attention to the latest trends.

The happiest memory for me at work was when our customer, a nail salon owner, told me that Saffron’s gel nail is well regarded by our customers.
It means that the owner was pleased with the product, but even more than that, their customer was also pleased with it.
While I heard of it indirectly, I was so proud that we were able to bring smiles to so many people’s faces.

I can’t stop being excited during development because I want to create a product that will please our customers

I work in the clear nail polish manufacturing department developing topcoats, base coats, builders, and more.

I wanted a job where I could make people happy, so I chose a career in manufacturing from a liberal arts college, although it is a bit unorthodox.
In manufacturing, I joined Saffron because I wanted to develop and make a product that was close to a finished product … that is, a product that I had put my soul into and that would be distributed as an almost finished product.

Our clear nail manufacturing department customers are nail artists or nail salon owners, almost all with their own strong preferences.
Development is never an easy task, as the slightest difference can determine whether or not a product will be accepted.
It is a tough job, but when I see customers at exhibitions and other events smiling with confidence and recommending the nail polish I developed to many people, it motivates me to say “This is what I have worked so hard for,” and it turns into energy for the next product development.
Our development work is a job that allows us to create an infinite number of products with an infinite number of combinations.
It is not always easy to get things done by one person, but as soon as I am in trouble, someone else lends their help and wisdom, and as a result, I am able to respond speedily to my customers.
There are many larger companies as manufacturing plants, but because we are a small company, we are able to respond to small requests, small demands, and requests for delivery time, and I believe that the ability to communicate directly with the development staff is a unique strength of Saffron that other companies do not have.

I have been in charge of clear nail production for 7 years now, after having experienced other departments such as filling and coloring.
The clear nail manufacturing department primarily develops and manufactures base colors, top coats, matte coats, builders, and more.

We meet with the customer, communicate the customer’s requirements to everyone on the team, develop manufacturing, check quality, and other related tasks.
In addition to striving to develop and manufacture products that satisfy our customers, we also focus on creating a comfortable working environment for our staff.

For example, even a single matte coating is subject to various requests from customers, and while some samples can be provided immediately, others take time to develop.
When we receive difficult requests from our customers, we are under a great deal of pressure, but when we successfully bring a product to market, we feel a great sense of joy and accomplishment.

We always try to develop and manufacture products for our customers to make them happy.
