QWhat are the differences between UV curable resins used and other resins?

Since it does not contain organic solvents, it reduces the risk of fire and improves the environment for our customers and our employees.
In addition, the curing speed is fast, in seconds.
Therefore, it saves energy, time, space, and cost (overall).
*Total cost is said to be 70% to 80% of conventional thermosetting type.

QYou say it is custom-made, but how long does it take to develop?

Initial and improved samples can be provided as early as three days to one week.
Medium to long term development involves repeated improvements, sometimes lasting six months or more.
Some users may resume after a year blank.

We fully develop and manufacture in-house without placing any outside orders.

Let us know as many details as possible for your request.

Development/Sample Manufacturing

Based on the information provided by the customer, we will develop a resin that meets the requirements.
If you provide us with the materials, we can respond even more quickly.

Primary sample shipment

The customer is asked to evaluate the sample.
If the results are good, that’s the end of development.
If improvement is required we will continue to review.

Secondary sample shipment

The adjusted sample is then evaluated again by the customer.
Verify that the test results are good.

Development complete and commercialization

We will determine the quantity, delivery date, etc., and deliver the product according to the customer’s wishes.
